OVERVIEW
Driftlog is a structured observability tool for small engineering teams. It captures deployment diffs, config changes, and error spikes in a single feed — so when something breaks at 2am, you know exactly what changed and when.
Challenge
Most teams already have logs, metrics, and traces in three different tools. Driftlog had to sit on top of that stack without adding yet another agent. We built a thin integration layer over existing providers and focused the entire product on a single view: what changed right before this broke.
